The original 12.9-inch iPad Pro features a premium unibody aluminum enclosure with slim side bezels and classic physical Touch ID integrated into the home button. The tablet measures 305.7 x 220.6 x 6.9 mm and weighs 713 grams for the Wi-Fi model (723 grams for the Cellular variant). It debuted the Smart Connector interface along the side edge for magnetic keyboard attachment and included first-generation Apple Pencil support. The device is available in Silver, Gold, and Space Gray finishes.
